Khadija Shujat attended Metropolis Academy girls school from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Matriculation degree in the science group with a focus on Computer Science. khadija then pursued their higher education at Sir Syed University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering with a specialization in Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Khadija also obtained a certification in Project Management (Hard) from TestDome IT certifications in July 2019.
