Mirza Agha Zeshan

Mirza Agha Zeshan has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles.

Mirza started their career in 2004 at Etilize Inc, where they worked as a Category Manager until 2008. Mirza then transitioned to the role of a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company, where they worked until 2009.

In 2010, Mirza joined Veblogix as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Here, they actively participated in Requirement Review meetings and was responsible for devising Test Plan, Test Procedures, and Test Data based on business requirements and design documents. Mirza also utilized HP Quick Test Professional for automation testing. Mirza worked in this role until 2011.

Next, Mirza joined Next Generation Innovations (NGI) in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they devised Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Data for testing based on business requirements and design documents. Mirza performed manual testing of test cases and used Bugzilla and Redmine for writing test cases. Mirza worked at NGI until 2013.

In 2013, they joined Digiflare as a Software QA Analyst. Mirza'sresponsibilities included manual and automated testing on web-based and mobile applications. Mirza analyzed and tested mobile apps on both Android and iOS devices, and performed functional, navigation, regression, and smoke tests on new enhancements. Mirza worked at Digiflare until 2014.

Mirza's next role was at Cooperative Computing, where they started as an Associate Project Manager in 2014. In this role, they attended online meetings with customers, gathered requirements, wrote Statement of Work (SoW) documents, created tasks on JIRA, assigned tasks to developers, defined project flows, resolved developers' queries, reviewed code and bugs, resolved customer queries, conducted scrum meetings, and provided scrum updates to customers. Mirza also resolved conflicts between QA and developers, ensured completion and timely testing of sprints, and tested sprints before providing demos to customers.

In 2015, Mirza was promoted to the role of Senior SQA at Cooperative Computing. Here, they created test cases based on project scope and requirements, performed functional and regression testing, and communicated test progress and results to project stakeholders. Mirza also reported and managed software defects resulting from testing.

Mirza Agha Zeshan pursued their education at the University of Karachi. From 2001 to 2003, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Applied Mathematics. Subsequently, from 2002 to 2004, they obtained a Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree with a specialization in Computer Science.
