Charles Dumais

Charles Dumais, Ed.D. is the Executive Director at Cooperative Educational Services. Charles is currently an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University, where Charles instructs in the Superintendent Certification Program. With experience as a Superintendent at Amity Regional School District #5 and Principal at Newtown High School, Dumais brings a wealth of knowledge in educational leadership. Charles holds a Doctor of Law degree in Mediation, Negotiation, and Arbitration, as well as a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership.
