Don Harberts

Don Harberts has been working in the agricultural industry for over thirty years. Don started their career as an agronomist with Northwest Iowa Cooperative in March 1988. In this role, they were responsible for developing farm plans, seed sales, and custom applications. Don also increased the seed sales by 300% and overall agronomy business by 3%-7%. In May 1984, they transferred to George Elevator Company where they took on the role of feed sales and operations. In this role, they worked closely with growers to develop feed rations and close outs that were profitable for their cattle and swine operations. Don also sold Purina and Golden Sun Feeds. In February 1992, they transferred to Cooperative Farmers Elevator where they are currently the VP of Agronomy.

Don Harberts has an Associate's Degree in Feed and Fertilizer from Iowa Lakes Community College.
