Courtney Arnold

Courtney Arnold, RN, has a wide range of healthcare experience with a career as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nurse Assistant, and message therapist. While raising her daughter and working at CO-OP, she furthered her education by earning her Registered Nurse certification.

Courtney’s experience at CO-OP is equally inspiring, beginning as a weekend LPN, followed by a supervisory role in our residential program. Her career path then focused exclusively on nursing as she became a nurse coordinator, then a residential nurse. She is also an experienced home healthcare nurse and was a valuable contributor as CO-OP opened its first ABI home. Courtney was promoted to Director of Health Services at CO-OP in 2018.
