Lucy earned a BA in Health Care Administration/Management from Stonehill College and also completed her HR Certification at Stonehill College. She began her Human Resources career with St. Anne’s Hospital of Fall River, MA. She was an HR Director at South Bay Mental Health Center for over 14 years overseeing the HR Department with responsibilities including employee relations, benefits, employment law, and compliance.
Lucy joined CO-OP in 2015 and is responsible for the administration, coordination, and supervision of all agency human resource functions, as well as senior management responsibilities as assigned by the President, CEO. She is a member of the Taunton Chamber of Commerce, participating in an HR advisory capacity for BP Career Services, a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NHRA), and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
