Governance Team

The Governance Team at Cooperative Production oversees the organization’s strategic direction and ensures compliance with regulations and best practices. Comprised of diverse board members, the team is responsible for establishing policies, monitoring the organization's performance, and advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with developmental and other disabilities in the community. Their leadership fosters transparency, accountability, and inclusivity within the cooperative structure.
