Bryan Whitford has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Bryan started their career at Thomas Keller's Bouchon in 2009, where they held the position of Director of Private Dining/ Operations Manager for almost ten years. After that, they joined The ONE Group as a Development and Operations Manager from 2018 to 2020. Bryan then moved on to Resorts World Las Vegas, where they served as the Director of Restaurants from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they joined LWHA Asset Management Group as an Asset Manager. Currently, they are the Vice President of New Concept Development and Operations at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants.
Bryan Whitford obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
