Katie Rotz

Katie Rotz possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since March 2017. In this role, Katie has implemented effective recruiting strategies to enhance applicant quality and partnered with recruitment advertising agencies for digital media placements. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Technical Recruiter at Brooksource, focusing on IT talent acquisition, and as a Marketing and Recruiting Intern for the Career Leadership Academy at the University of Iowa, where responsibilities included leading marketing efforts and promoting the program on campus. Katie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Enterprise Leadership with a Minor in Human Relations from the University of Iowa.
