Kristen Hutchinson is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Manager of Team Member Experience and previously as Senior Restaurant Manager at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since July 2019. With a focus on team member development and exceptional guest engagement, Kristen has held various roles including Restaurant Manager and Supervisor. Prior to this, Kristen's experience includes serving as Food and Beverage Manager at William F. Bolger Center, overseeing dining and event operations, and working at MOM's Organic Market in customer service and cashier roles. Earlier experience includes bartending at Crave American Kitchen & Japanese Sushi Bar. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Randolph College, obtained in May 2014.
