Kristen Zagozdon

Kristen Zagozdon has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles. Kristen started their career in 2003 at Lettuce Entertain You, where they worked in human resources for four years. In 2007, they joined StratEx Partners, LLC as the Director of HR Consulting Services. Kristen remained in this role until 2010 when they transitioned to Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants. At Cooper's Hawk, Kristen held several positions, including Director of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Kristen Zagozdon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the years 1998-2002. Prior to that, they attended Mother Guerin High School.
