Lauren L.

Lauren L. has worked at multiple companies in different roles. Lauren started their career at Owens & Minor as a Distribution Coordinator in July 2012 and worked until April 2016. Lauren then became an Inventory Control Coordinator at Owens & Minor from October 2013 to March 2017. Lauren L. joined Insight as a Computer Services Technician in September 2017 and remained in that role until August 2021. Lauren is currently working at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, where they started as a Technical Support Administrator in August 2021 and later became a Technical Support Team Lead in September 2022.

Lauren L. completed their high school education at Lyons Township High School from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in General Studies. Lauren has also obtained various certifications including the Google IT Support Specialization from Google, IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts, System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services, Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User, and The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking from Coursera. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Skillsoft, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, and CompTIA.
