Rob Parker

Rob Parker has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rob is currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis - Real Estate at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Potbelly Sandwich Works from 2011 to 2020 in different positions, including Senior Director of Business Analytics and Manager of Strategic Analysis. Rob also worked at NAVTEQ as Business Planning from 2010 to 2011, and at The Bank of New York Mellon as a Trust Associate from 2007 to 2010. Rob started their career at IntraVex, where they worked as a Data Analyst / Account Manager from 2006 to 2007.

Rob Parker earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they attended from 2002 to 2005. Later on, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued an MBA with a dual concentration in Finance and Leadership/Change Management from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
