James Mounter

James Mounter currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Commercial Operations for the APAC region at CooperVision since September 2025. Prior to this role, James was the Vice President of Customer Development (Sales) at Kenvue from November 2022 until September 2025, where James also held the position of Interim GM for Self Care/OTC operations in China. James's extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson spanned nearly two decades, culminating in roles such as Vice President of Sales and Customer Development APAC, Head of Global Capabilities, and responsibilities across various regional sales strategies in Asia Pacific. Earlier in the career, James contributed to category management at Johnson & Johnson UK and held marketing positions at Disney, focusing on sales and marketing for licensed products. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Southampton.
