Noelle Amm is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for APAC at CooperVision, Noelle previously held significant roles at Canon Australia as the Organisational Development & Culture Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. With prior experience at Eli Lilly and Company in various HR capacities, including Business Partner for Ethics & Compliance and Employee Relations, Noelle has demonstrated expertise in HR strategic business partnering and recruitment. Noelle's educational pursuits include ongoing studies at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, complemented by a qualification from TAFE NSW.
