David Kulcsar is an experienced professional with a strong background in program coordination and member services within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Coordinated Care since May 2018, David focuses on compliance in state-regulated managed care programs and provides administrative support across various teams. Prior experience includes a role as a Member Services Associate at Centene Corporation, where assistance to members in navigating insurance plans was provided, along with positions in research, retail, and customer support in diverse settings. David's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts from the College of Central Florida.
