Jimmy Chandler

Jimmy Chandler is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Coordinated Care since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading health plan operations for a Washington-based regional health plan with over 300,000 members across Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace segments. Previously, Jimmy held various leadership roles at Evolent Health, including Vice President of Health Plan Services, Market President, and Senior Director of Health Plan Operations, where strategic oversight and P&L responsibilities were key focuses. Additional experience includes directing network operations at Cigna and leading operational improvements at Kaiser Permanente. Jimmy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Information Management from the University of Oregon.
