Mike Wilkins

Mike Wilkins is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and sales across various industries. As President of Coordinated Claim Services, LLC since February 1991, Mike created the first national audio replacement company serving the auto insurance sector, focusing on reducing severity, maximizing adjuster efficiency, and enhancing insured satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales at Globe Glass, where Mike established a division for marketing to insurance and glass companies, and as Manager at Montgomery Ward, where Mike set up a customer service department. Earlier roles include management positions at Xerox, overseeing a significant sales budget, and serving as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Accounting from Michigan State University.
