Frank Skeele received their Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University in 1983. Frank then pursued a Master of Science degree in Ceramic Science from Penn State University, completing it in 1985. In addition to their education, they obtained certifications in FANUC Robotics HandlingTool Operations and Programming from FANUC America Corporation, and a Quality Engineer certification from the American Society for Quality in 2003.
