Lauren Niebur

Lauren Niebur has extensive work experience in financial analysis and operations management. Lauren began their career as a Research Intern at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2009, where they summarized survey results and presented conclusions to executives. Lauren then worked as a Business and Financial Analyst at Bayswater Exploration & Production from 2010 to 2014, where they managed quarterly reports and projected budgets. Lauren joined Great Western Oil and Gas Company in 2014 as a Financial Analyst, before being promoted to Senior Financial Analyst in 2015. Lauren later moved to CoorsTek, Inc. in 2015 and held various roles, including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, Senior Manager of Operations Initiatives, and Director of Manufacturing Optimization. Lauren'sresponsibilities at CoorsTek included financial planning, analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes.

Lauren Niebur completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance in 2010. Lauren went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at the same institution, graduating in 2011.
