Jala Hayes

Jala Hayes has a diverse background in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Coosa Valley Medical Center since March 2018. Prior experience includes staffing responsibilities at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., where tasks involved recruiting, conducting drug screenings, and managing payroll inquiries. Jala also held managerial positions at Factory Connection, LLC, overseeing financial operations, inventory management, and customer service from October 2010 to July 2014. Earlier work as a Server/Hostess at City Limits contributed to a strong foundation in client engagement. Jala holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Faulkner University and previously studied Elementary Education at the University of Montevallo, alongside an Associate of Science from Central Alabama Community College.
