Quentin Jones

Quentin Jones is an accomplished professional in the fields of information systems and human-centered computing, currently serving as Founder and Coordinator in Chief at CooWe since May 2024. As the NSF i-Corps Entrepreneurial Lead and Founder of Coo-e LLC since August 2012, Quentin has leveraged entrepreneurial skills to drive innovation. A long-standing Associate Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since August 2002, Quentin contributes to the institution's regional economic development mandate. Previous experience includes a role as a Member of the HCI Group at AT&T Labs, Inc., from 1999 to 2003, where Quentin worked on pioneering applications for social network visualization. Educational credentials include a Master's of Public Health in Epidemiology and Health Informatics from the University of Sydney and a Ph.D. in Information Systems with a focus on Computer Supported Cooperative Work from Haifa University and Hebrew University.
