Peter Donkersloot

Peter Donkersloot has held various leadership positions in the field of human resources and management. Peter worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Copa Airlines starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of Caribbean Cement Company from November 2016 to August 2019. Peter also held the position of Gerente General at CEMEX Perú from May 2013 to June 2015. Furthermore, they worked as the Director of ERM at CEMEX Panamá from 2006 to 2010.

Peter Donkersloot has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Peter also has an Executive MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
