Alessandro Mariani

Alessandro Mariani is a highly experienced professional in the fields of automation, digitalization, and software engineering, currently serving as a Life Sciences & Process Industry Specialist at COPA-DATA since December 2015. Prior to this role, Alessandro held the position of Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer at IPREL Progetti, focusing on HMI and PLC automation across various industries, and also owned a company specializing in similar automation services for over a decade. Additionally, Alessandro worked as a technician in the electronic and software fields for ceramic tile machinery at Sacmi. Alessandro holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, achieved in 2003.
