Jess Tyler

Jess Tyler is an accomplished professional with a strong background in sales operations and IT support. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Specialist at Copado since February 2022, Jess provides critical support to a team of over 15 Business Development Representatives while maintaining and analyzing Salesforce CRM data. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Tech Team Technician at Butler University, managing technical issues and Salesforce cases, and as an IT Customer Service Intern at Protective Insurance, providing Tier 1 support and assisting with system testing for a new CRM.
