Rich Borders

Rich Borders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and business development across various organizations. Currently serving as a GTM Program Manager at Copado since November 2021, Rich leads cross-functional teams to enhance pipeline growth, accelerate closing times, and increase deal sizes. Prior to this, Rich held multiple roles at Gartner, including Senior Program and Account Manager, where the management of over 60 events and a pipeline of 150+ accounts was pivotal. Rich's background includes founding initiatives at Evanta focused on leadership development, as well as early career roles in sales training and management. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon and has furthered education at Universidad Latina de América.
