Kassie Murphy is a seasoned professional in retail brokerage with extensive experience in landlord and tenant representation. Currently a Senior Associate at Copaken Brooks since August 2025, Kassie specializes in strategic leasing and tenant mix optimization. Previously, as Associate Director at Newmark Zimmer from March 2020 to July 2025, Kassie oversaw 1.5 million square feet of retail space in the Kansas City metro. Kassie also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of a women's clothing boutique and has held various positions in property management and leasing throughout a career that began in 2009. Kassie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Entrepreneurial Real Estate and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Business minor.
