Fabrizio Mazzocchi

Fabrizio Mazzocchi began their work experience as a Product Specialist in the Women's Health Franchise at Rottapharm | Madaus Portugal from 1996 to 1998. Fabrizio then worked at Serono Pharma as a Product Specialist and later as a Product Manager in the Neurology Franchise from 1998 to 2002. Mazzocchi then joined the Healthcare Business of Merck, where they held several positions including Regional Marketing Manager in the Neurology Franchise and the Auto-Immune Inflammatory Disease (AIID) Franchise, and later as the National Sales Manager and Director in the AIID Franchise, from 2002 to 2009. Fabrizio then joined Merck Group as the Director and Head of Medical Affairs Department in Italy from 2009 to 2011, and subsequently as the Director and Head of Fertility, Fertility Tech., Endocrinology, and General Medicine Franchises from 2011 to 2016. Mazzocchi then became involved as an Independent Consultant from 2021 to 2023, primarily serving as a Strategic Advisor and Entrepreneur. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at COPAN Diagnostics, Inc. since 2023. Throughout their career, Mazzocchi has demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, operational performance, and driving profitable growth in various markets.

Fabrizio Mazzocchi has an educational background in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies (CTF) from the Università degli Studi di Milano, where they obtained a University Degree. Fabrizio also holds a Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry from the Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale Pietro Paleocapa ESPERIA in Bergamo. In 2009, they completed an executive education program at the London Business School, specializing in BIOPHARMA.
