Iain Wells

Iain Wells has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Iain started their career as a Logistics Manager at Sommer Allibert in April 1996 and worked there until May 1999. Iain then joined Lear as an IT Manager in 1999 and remained in that role until 2001. In 2001, they joined Copart UK as the Head of IT, where they were responsible for managing the online auction platform and overseeing the sale of vehicles. In 2005, they assumed the position of UK Head of IT at Copart UK Limited and later became the IT Director in August 2018, a role they currently hold.

Iain Wells attended Dartford Grammar School from 1979 to 1986, where they pursued their A levels in Secondary Education. After completing their secondary education, they went on to Aston University from 1986 to 1990. At Aston University, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.
