Jeffrey Liaw

Jeff Liaw is co-CEO of Copart. He joined us in 2016 as CFO, has served as President of the company since 2019 and was promoted to co-CEO in 2022. Previously, he served as the CFO of Fleetpride, the largest independent distributor of aftermarket truck parts in the U.S, owned by TPG Capital. He was a principal investor for TPG and oversaw private equity investments in the financial services and industrial sectors. He currently serves as a director of Armstrong Flooring (NYSE: AFI). He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas in Finance and Business Administration.
