Jeffrey Sok

Jeffrey Sok currently serves as the Associate General Counsel for Commercial Transactions at Copart, overseeing the contracting function for a publicly listed company with a market cap of approximately $50 billion and supporting a Sales team that generates over $3 billion in revenue since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jeffrey Sok was the Director and Senior Counsel of Commercial/Technology Transactions at JLL, recognized in the JLL 2020 Real Leadership Program. Jeffrey Sok's experience includes secondments as Corporate Counsel and M&A Counsel through Axiom, handling cross-functional commercial negotiations, along with legal positions at Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners, and John Deere, where strategic commercial and compliance advice was provided. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
