Previously, Michael worked as a Commercial Transactions Counsel at Ford Motor Company and as an In-House Counsel at Compuware Corporation. Michael's background includes a Doctor of Law degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
