Requita Willis

Requita Willis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community services, health care, and criminal justice. Currently serving as a Program Manager at COPE COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC. since February 2021, Requita previously worked as an Independent Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics from June 2019 to May 2022 and as a Medical Case Manager at El Rio Community Health Center from June 2016 to May 2022. Requita also held the position of Behavioral Health Technician at La Paloma Family Services from May 2012 to July 2014 and worked as a Correctional Officer at Pulaski State Prison from December 2005 to October 2010. Requita holds a Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Everest University.
