Elena Rodrigues is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social support and hospitality management. Currently serving as Team Leader for Supported Self-Directed Living at Cope Foundation since May 2017, Elena mentors support workers and advocates for individuals while coordinating personalized support. Previous roles include Global Rate Support Team Lead at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where strategies were developed for team goals and training provided.
