Klaus Werle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Klaus began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Marketing Manager before transitioning to journalism. Werle worked for manager magazin as a Reporter, Managing Editor, and Editor/Redakteur. Klaus also had a short stint at the San Francisco Chronicle as an Arthur F. Burns-Fellow.

In 2016, Werle joined C3 Creative Code and Content as the Editor in Chief & Content Principal. Klaus was responsible for communication strategy and editorial management for social media, magazines, and websites. Werle worked with clients such as Telekom, Körber, Deutsche Bank, and Wintershall Dea, and achieved notable results including editor in chief and content lead for several magazines and websites.

Throughout their career, Werle also held various roles at C3 Creative Code and Content, including Content & Product Lead for Wintershall Dea, Editor in Chief and Content Strategist, and Product Lead & Co-Lead Content for Deutsche Bank. Klaus excelled in concepting, content lead, editorial management, crisis communication, and C-Level Communication.

Klaus Werle has a diverse education history. Klaus attended Henri-Nannen-Journalistenschule from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Diplom in Journalism. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History, German, and English Literature at Heidelberg University from 1994 to 2000. In 1996 to 1997, they received a DAAD-Stipendium and studied English History and Literature at the University of Exeter. Before their university studies, from 1984 to 1993, Klaus attended Thomas-Morus-Gymnasium, Daun, where they obtained their Abitur. Additionally, Klaus completed training as a Paramedic (Civilian Service) at the German Red Cross in 1993 to 1994.
