Kelsey Sloan

Kelsey Sloan currently serves as Managing Director of CoPeace Sport and is a Freelance Consultant at KUS LLC, specializing in sport organizations, athlete advocacy, grassroots development, and food and beverage business growth. Previously, Kelsey held positions as Lab Director at Know Rivalry, where a published case study on professional soccer marketing was authored, and contributed as a Culinary & Nutrition Assistant for the Cleveland Guardians, enhancing team performance and culture. Kelsey’s experience includes roles at U.S. Ski & Snowboard, where leadership at the 2018 Winter Olympics took place; Morgan Stanley in sports and entertainment business development; and various positions in the hospitality industry. Kelsey holds an MBA in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a degree in International Relations from Carleton College.
