Dan Rupert

Dan Rupert, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a Human Resources role at Copeland since April 2025. Prior to this, Dan held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at TS Tech Americas, Inc. from January 2023 to April 2025 and Human Resources Director at IPL from April 2022 to October 2022. Dan also worked in various HR roles at BASF, L3Harris Technologies, Nippon Seiki Ohio / New Sabina Industries, Inc., Barnes Aerospace, and GE Aerospace, accruing over two decades of experience in the field. Dan holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in HR Management from Wright State University.
