Ellen Baumer

Ellen Baumer, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Copeland since May 2023, where the focus is on creating sustainable climate solutions. Prior to this role, Ellen was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Emerson from March 2018 to May 2023, overseeing talent acquisition strategies and leading a significant team in the US Commercial and Residential Solutions locations. Ellen's career also includes positions as Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Emerson, as well as roles at Adecco and ADP. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sport Management from Ohio Northern University.
