Grant Kovac has extensive experience in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Vilter at COPELAND since June 2015. In this role, Grant oversees various product lines including industrial heat pumps, biogas upgrading, renewable natural gas, and industrial refrigeration systems. Prior positions have included Manager of Planning & Business Development, Product/Market Manager for Air Management, and various engineering roles focused on commercial and residential air conditioning systems. Prior to COPELAND, Grant gained experience as an intern engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company in 2014. Grant holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cedarville University.
