Tracy Reiter

Tracy Reiter serves as the Chief Transformation and Sustainability Officer at Copeland since May 2022, after holding various vice president positions including Digital, Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Business Development. Prior to Copeland, Tracy accumulated extensive experience at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from August 2011 to June 2022, where roles included Vice President Business Development and Chief Information Officer. Previous positions include Senior Account Executive at Gartner, where notable achievements included joining Gartner's Winners Circle within nine months, and a Senior role at Ernst & Young focusing on strategic client relationships. Tracy started professional career as a Product Manager at Dirxion Software, LLC in early 2004. Educational background includes an EMBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a double bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from The University of Tulsa.
