Vanessa Rechter

Vanessa Rechter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global business services and transformation, currently serving as VP and Head of Global Business Services at Copeland since September 2025. Prior to this role, Vanessa held various leadership positions at Kerry from January 2017 to September 2025, including Global Business Services Transformation Head and Global Head of Transitions and Service Development. Additional experience includes roles at Imperial Tobacco as Transition Lead, SABMiller as Deployment Lead, KPMG UK as Management Consultant, SPX Corporation as Business Transformation Project Lead, and ExxonMobil in multiple leadership positions related to global migration and performance. Vanessa's educational background includes a Leadership Programme for Management Development from IESE Business School and a Master of Science in Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, among other degrees.
