Brendan Gillespie has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Banquet & Catering Sales Manager at Copeland's of New Orleans since March 2010. In this role, Brendan manages direct sales of catering services to a diverse clientele, including oil refineries, pharmaceutical companies, and funeral homes, while creating customized event packages. Prior to this position, Brendan served as an Assistant Service Manager, overseeing daily operations and scheduling. Earlier experience includes roles as a server and bartender at Zea Rotisserie & Grill from 2008 to 2009. Brendan is a graduate of Archbishop Shaw High School, completing studies in 2008.
