Shawn Mathews

Shawn Mathews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and sales. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Copeland's of New Orleans since January 2016, Shawn Mathews has also held the position of General Manager at both Chili's and Johnny Carino's. Previous experience includes a role as a Sales Representative at Cunningham Business Systems. Shawn Mathews earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Louisiana State University-Alexandria between 2005 and 2009.
