Eric Emling

Eric Emling is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Copeland's of New Orleans in Atlanta since July 2019, Eric oversees operations in a high-volume establishment generating $7.8 million annually. Previous roles include Director of Operations/Multi Unit Manager for Levy Restaurant Group at State Farm Arena, Atlanta, and General Manager for both Taqueria Tsunami & Stockyard Burgers & Bones. Eric held positions as General Manager and Multi-Unit Manager for Willow Creek Campus from 2003 to 2016 and served as General Manager/Operations Director at Creative Dining Services from 1998 to 2003. Eric's educational background includes nearly completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management at National Louis University, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from William Rainey Harper College.
