Kathrine Maze

Kathrine Maze has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of Compliance, Strategy, Advisory, and Quality Management at Copenhagen Airports A/S since February 2019. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner for Distribution & Customer Solutions at Ørsted and HR Business Partner at DONG Energy, where responsibilities encompassed driving the people agenda and providing strategic HR support to senior leadership. Kathrine started a successful HR career through DONG Energy’s Graduate Program, completing multiple rotations and advancing through various HR roles. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Master’s degree in International HRM from several prestigious institutions.
