Malene Bisgaard Frich

Malene Bisgaard Frich serves as the Head of Operations, Business Finance at Copenhagen Airports A/S since October 2021, leading a team of five to enhance finance partnering across Operations, Digital, and support functions. Previously, roles included Finance Business Partner and Finance Consultant at Pandora, where responsibilities involved guiding financial performance for Digital & Technology and managing investment portfolios. Malene's early career included significant positions at Deloitte Danmark as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on accounting processes and financial controlling. Prior experiences also feature a stagiaire role at the EU Representation of Denmark and a student employee position at SE Big Blue. Malene holds a Master's Degree in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the same institution, with an additional year at Newcastle University.
