Rashid Ali

Rashid Ali has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rashid began their career as a Kontorassistent at nkt cables Denmark in 1994. Later, they joined Novia Danmark A/S in 1999 and held various roles such as Passenger Assistant, Duty Supervisor, Passagerchef, and Landside Manager. At Novia Danmark A/S, they were responsible for landside activities and played a significant role in product ownership, budget accountability, and service management culture development. In 2014, Rashid joined Aviator Airport Alliance AB as a Station Manager, where they led all operational departments and focused on strategic development, operational management, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Lastly, Rashid currently works at Copenhagen Airports A/S, where they have held positions as Head of Security Staff & Area and currently serves as a Senior Director, overseeing security staff and crisis response.

Rashid Ali's education history includes obtaining an MBA in Business Administration from Middlesex University from 2016 to 2018. In 2014, they completed a degree in Kognitiv Coaching from Copenhagen Business School. In 2013, they attended Peak Vantage for the Grundmoduler og Masterclasses in their direktionsuddannelse program. Earlier, from 2002 to 2005, they studied Personaleudvikling and obtained a Merkonom degree from Niels Brock. Lastly, in 1992 to 1994, they completed their Højere Handelseksamen degree from Niels Brock as well.
