Peter Pietras

Peter Pietras is an accomplished academic and consultant with extensive experience in management, leadership, and organizational development. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Management at Copenhagen Business Academy since February 2022, Peter has also held prominent roles such as Chief Consultant at cBrain and CEO of Municipality Læsø. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Ramboll Management Consulting and Odense Kommune, where Peter focused on strategic management and project portfolio management. Peter's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Business Economics and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by advanced studies in psychodynamics and senior executive leadership at notable institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School.
