Catja Winther

Catja Winther is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Since July 2011, Catja has served as CEO of Partneren A/S, a professional cleaning partner certified by the Swan Label and B Corp. In addition to this role, Catja has been the Chair of the Board for Servicebranchens Arbejdsgiverforening (SBA) since May 2020, representing 130 service providers in Denmark. Catja is also a board member of DI - Dansk Industri's Service division and Copenhagen Business Hub, contributing to initiatives in management, strategy, and sustainability. Previous roles include serving as a board member at DI Hovedstaden and Nordic Solution A/S, and holding managerial positions at TOP-TOY A/S and Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Danmark A/S. Catja holds degrees from Copenhagen Business School in International Business and Business Administration & Philosophy.
