Jonas Striaukas is an accomplished academic and researcher in the fields of statistics and finance, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Copenhagen Business School since October 2022. Striaukas holds a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action fellowship within the Department of Finance at Copenhagen Business School until March 2025 and has previously worked as a Research Fellow at F.R.S. - FNRS from 2018 to 2022. Striaukas gained valuable experience as a PhD Researcher at Université catholique de Louvain, where a PhD in Economics, Econometrics was obtained in 2022. Prior to this, Striaukas contributed to the Bank of Lithuania in various capacities, including Research Assistant and Economist within the Macroprudential Analysis division. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, and Financial Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
